  5. When speaking to your friends, would you recommend our restaurant?

 You can also ask 2 additional questions on how they’d like to receive offers and promotions.

  1.  Would you be interested in receiving discounts and promotions from us?
  2. What method would you prefer receiving these discounts and promotions?
